Important Information

• Membership terms are a 6 month minimum. After that, your membership will roll month-to-month until you give one month's written notice for cancellation.
• You must provide 1 month's written notice for cancellation to hello@wmpilates.co.uk. If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, you must follow up to ensure we have received your cancellation notice. If we do not reply, you must follow up through call, WhatsApp or in-studio until you receive a reply as you may have emailed the wrong address. 
• Late cancellation of appointments may come with a loss of credit or a £5 charge. Late cancellation is within 3 hours of your booked session. 
• Pauses or extensions may be considered due to medical emergency only and with medical documentation. 

Specific to the Standard 8 Membership

• Credits do not roll from month-to-month if left unused.
• 6 month minimum term. 
  

Specific to the Premium Membership

• 6 Month Minimum term.
