Get Started

To get started with us: 

1. Download our Nuforma App and create a profile. Make sure to complete your details.
2. Claim your complimentary session in the app. Use it to book your first session.
3. OR Call or Email us to request an appointment. Your First Session will be Complimentary. We'll use your newly created profile to reserve your spot.

On the day of your first appointment, plan to arrive around 10 minutes early so our instructors can give you a brief orientation and help you complete a waiver. They'll help you get settled, choose a program that is right for you and be there to support you throughout your entire session. 

Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes and grippy socks if you have them.

We have programs for complete beginners all the way up to Pilates pros. Rest assured, there's a session meant for you!

Parking is free at the Windsor Marina and there are enough spots for everyone. If the marina gate is closed when you arrive, call 03301 332273 to ask the Studio Guide for the gate code.
