I Received a Gift Voucher

That's great news! Here's how to redeem it:

A Physical Gift Voucher:

1. Download the Nuforma App and create a profile.
2. Bring your voucher into the studio and a Studio Guide will help you redeem it. 
3. Once your voucher has been redeemed, you'll be able to book your Pilates sessions right in our app!

Top Tip: You can claim a complimentary session when you download our app for the first time. Book in your complimentary session and bring your voucher with you. Then you can do a session AND redeem your voucher in one visit. 

A Digital Gift Voucher:

1. Download the Nuforma App and create a profile.
2. Choose the package that you'd like to purchase.
3. At checkout, choose + Gift Card
4. Add your Voucher Code
5. Redeem
6. Make sure your basket has been discounted by the total amount of your gift voucher before choosing "Buy" as we cannot refund your purchase if you fail to redeem the voucher. 
   
7. Use your new package to book your first session with us. Read our "Get Started" page for more info.
